Wrap up your weekend your way! We'll drop the group off in vibrant Downtown Napa for a dedicated three-hour block. This time is completely yours to shop, explore the beautiful riverfront, or dine at any of Napa's world-class culinary hot spots on your own account before we head to the airport.

• 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM | SFO Arrivals & Your SF Warm-Up

• Guests arrive at San Francisco International Airport (SFO). Hop on the complimentary airport shuttle and head straight to our nearby basecamp, the Aloft by Marriott San Francisco Airport.

• Your host, Sommelier Tuanni Price, will be there to welcome you as guests gather. Since our private coach departs in the afternoon, use this time to settle in, grab breakfast or lunch, or take a quick, scenic stroll around San Francisco to stretch your legs.

• 1:00 PM | Meet at the Launch Point

• Gather back at the Aloft hotel lobby to meet your fellow travelers, check in with Tuanni, and prepare for boarding.

• 1:15 PM | The Moving Luxury Lounge Bus Departs

• Board our private, high-end mobile lounge and pour a welcome splash as we leave the driving to us and head north into Napa Valley. Boarding begins at 1:00 PM; we depart promptly at 1:15 PM.

• 3:00 PM | Exclusive Member Tasting at an Estate in Napa

• Our first official stop is a spectacular, rare treat. We’ve secured private, insider access to an Estate Vineyards in Napa. Usually reserved strictly for club members, you’ll step onto the historic estate grounds for an intimate, guided tasting of their celebrated, deeply nuanced wines at the source.

• 6:00 PM | Check-In at our Private Geyserville Resort Sanctuary

• We arrive in Sonoma County to check into our weekend oasis—a meticulously restored 1870 Victorian estate operating as a private luxury resort. Settle into your grand accommodations, explore the manicured grounds, or take a quick dip in the resort-sized pool and spa.

• Evening | "Tacos & Tannins" Welcome Dinner & Tasting Showcase

• Gather at the estate for a vibrant, casual-chic welcome dinner! Sip, socialize, and savor a premium, family-style gourmet Taco Bar complete with artisanal toppings.   Wake up refreshed and gather at the estate for a delicious, freshly prepared breakfast.

• 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM | Poolside Lounge or Town Stroll

  Take the morning at your own pace. Relax under the sun by our resort-sized pool and spa, or take an easy, three-minute walk into historic downtown Geyserville to explore the local boutiques and charming streets.

• 12:00 PM | Depart Geyserville for the Vineyards

  Board the Moving Luxury Lounge Bus as we depart our resort sanctuary and head out for a spectacular afternoon of community, music, and celebration.

• Afternoon | The Theopolis Vineyards Harvest & Bottle Release Party

  We arrive at the legendary Theopolis Vineyards for the crown jewel of our weekend! Immerse yourself in the high-energy magic of the harvest season. Get ready to sip award-winning, estate-grown wines, feast on a mouth-watering, premium BBQ spread, and dance the afternoon away to live music surrounded by the stunning vines. It's an unforgettable celebration of heritage, harvest, and pure joy.

• Evening | Dinner on Your Own

  We head back to our Geyserville oasis. The evening is completely yours to enjoy on your own account. Keep it casual and unwind with a glass of wine by the pool, or head back into downtown Geyserville to dine at one of the fabulous local restaurants just a short stroll away.

Sunday, September 13, 2026 | Downtown Napa & Farewell

• Morning | A Slow Sunday Send-off
  Enjoy one last peaceful morning at our private Victorian estate. Take a final dip in the pool, snap some photos in the private vineyard, pack up your bags, and prepare for a beautiful scenic drive back south.

• 11:30 AM | Depart Geyserville
  We board the Moving Luxury Lounge Bus and bid farewell to our Geyserville sanctuary as we make our way to the heart of Napa Valley.

• 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM | Downtown Napa Exploration & Lunch
  We drop you off in vibrant, historic Downtown Napa for a dedicated four-hour free block. This afternoon is entirely yours to enjoy on your own account. Walk along the scenic riverfront, explore the gourmet stalls at the Oxbow Public Market, shop the local boutiques, or sit down for a leisurely lunch at one of downtown's world-class culinary hot spots.

• 5:00 PM | Return Drop-off at SFO
  We arrive back at San Francisco International Airport (SFO) to wrap up an incredible weekend. Please schedule your evening return flights home from 7:00 PM onwards to allow ample time for check-in and security.
