• 3:00 PM – Arrival & Check-In: Touch down in wine country. Gather for our central airport pickup at 3:00 PM to transfer to our host property, Hotel Indigo Napa Valley. Unpack, unwind, and settle into your spacious room.

• Evening – The Black Table Welcome Dinner: An intimate vineyard dinner experience hosted by Tish Around Town in a private, picturesque Napa Valley vineyard setting. Designed to foster connection, conversation, and elevated wine country hospitality, guests will gather around a beautifully styled communal table celebrating the diversity and excellence within the wine industry. The evening features a premium family-style dinner crafted by Stateline Road Smokehouse—celebrating soulful, high-end culinary excellence—paired thoughtfully with exquisite selections from member wineries of Black Vines.

• Late Night – Night Harvest: After dinner, we will roll up our sleeves and participate in an exclusive night grape picking session under the stars.

  • J. Moss Wines: Head to South Napa's design district to meet the Moss family, enjoying a private tour of their production area and an exclusive flight of their opulent, collector-level Napa Cabernet Sauvignons.
